F-1 Student Visa

I am applying for F-1. My uncle (younger brother) filed I-130 for my dad (elder brother) in 2006 but later in 2009 they had withdrawn and nobody knows the status with USCIS. My dad is not interested in migrating.How will I answer this question on DS-160? I am 18.(unmarried) Has anyone ever filed immigration petition on your behalf with USCIS? |
