My husband entered on H1 in 2005 with company A . Recently he changed his company and transfered his H1.
It was approved.I am on H4 .My visa expires on aug2007.Now can I go to India and come back on Aug 23rd2007 without any problem?.I am asking this question because he changed his H1 and we got visa from Company A. What are the documents I have to take along with me not to get any problem.

I want to ask will the Immigration Visa laws change this April 2007. I mean i will be getting married soon from Pakistan and would like to bring my wife over to the UK. Off course she needs a visa, but is it true that there will be a test/interview in English either for women and men in order to receive a visa for the UK. Is this true?
