deporting someone

my husband of 20 years met a resident from equador on the internet who ids married to an old man for citizenship papers. she is also a convicted felon and just got off three years probation for grand theft. a felony conviction. in florida. my husband is living with her now. i filed for divorce. her husband doesnt know she is living with my husband. i dont know where in kendall her husband lives. i equator immigration and reported her but nothing happened. they just took the information.

To report someone as illegal alien, you need to have sufficient info.. name, address, and A#..

To my understanding, she might became LPR sometimes ago. Normally if an illegal alien got convicted, or on probation,he/she will be placed on removal proceedings.

Your best bet is to get the best divorce attorney, you are entitled to alimony and half of marital property.
