denial on h1b transfer
i have an h1b from co. 'a' , got my i-140 i applied for my transfer of h1b to co. 'b'.under ac21.i got a denial notice from uscis reasons i don't know.
Please tell me what are my options. My h1b expires on july 23rd 2008.

You have 30 days to file an appeal. You should retain an immigration lawyer who is experienced in employment based visa.
