changing f1 to greencard

Dear sir,

I ( bijay)am interantional student and enrolling college in usa .
I am writing this letter to know how is it possible to change f1 student visa to green card ? if possible than can i know .

one of my family member is US citizenship . He is here since 10 years . if he sponser me than can i get green card or not. if yes then how can i ?

please provide me any information regarding the best way to get green card during student visa.
