The  blackout  in  NY  contra  K-1  visa

On 15 July 2002 I entered U.S. as an au pair holding in my hands J-1 visa that allowed me to stay in America one year and one additional month (until 14 August 2003).

I met a man of my dreams and I decided to stay for all 13 months. My flight to Frankfurt was scheduled for August 14 2003 (the next day my visa expired), leaving from New York JFK at 9.30 p.m.

Due to an unexpected blackout my flight was delayed until the next day. Finally, after all airport restored power I left U.S. on 15 August at 11p.m... The flight number was exactly the same (they gave me boarding pass with the date of 14 August instead of 15). Just in case I keep my boarding pass and baggage identification tags.

After a few months my boyfriend came to my country and he proposed to me. In May 2004 I'm going to have a visa interview in American embassy.

I have a serious problem with one question of 156 form:
"Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa, or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the U.S.?"

Yes or NOT. it was just a few hours at the airport, and my flight was already confirmed. What shall I do?
