Applying for a Re-entry Permit Multiple Times
    Hi!

    My questions are:
    1) What is the process of applying for a new re-entry permit for a US lawful permanent resident? (Should I send my previous re-entry permit, which is expiring soon, and the new application together?)
    2) Is studying at the University of a foreign country or tending aged parents considered to be bona fide reason to apply for a re-entry permit multiple times?
    3) Must a person file tax returns even if he/she does not work for a long period?

    Thanks in advance!

 Applying for Re-Entry Permit is so frustrating. What is the best way to over come this process?

:p I'm leaving in October and have not yet find any answers.

 Can I just put in application I 131 and request to have the permit ship to the country that I will be visiting? Which means, when I get to the country I'm visiting at the port of entry, can go and put it up at the embassy or not?

    HELP!
