hi,

i need some information more from u....if any american wants to sponsor me then hi can or not....?.he is my friend...he is american...how can he sponsor me.......when i will go back to india......???

It means you must return to your home country and work there for 2 years before you could apply for a new visa UNLESS you can obtain a J-1 waiver. Please consult immigration attorney.
