I am a temporary permanent resident of USA,I am married of a american,In 2006 i had a DUI wich has been a 6 mounths probation but i done with this,now In october of 2007 i had been plea voluntary guilty of a propery traspasing and a battery with a 12 mounths of provation for each count,and a fine of $9800 to be pay in 12 mounth.This case has been violeted already because i did not showed up any more and haven´t contact my probation officer since nobember last year.
On may of 2007 i went to jail for 4 weeks for a felony and possecion of controled sustances,with a bound of $27000,and had to report to the bound company every 2 weeks,and the judge has posecion of my passport also a copy of my residency card,as a requirement of the bound,Now i am out of the country without nitify to the court and the bound company and losted a court on december last year because my grand mother died and i am under psyquiatric treatment right now,however i am sure of that there is a detention order on my name since i missed court last year,will i be deportted once i will try to go back to USA? or will they take me right away to jail since a got to the airport?
I understand that it is a difficult case but i wish to know if there is any deal posibility for these cases thank you !!! Andi.....
If you come back into this country you will go to jail and serve whatever time you have coming to you after your trial. They will pick you up at the airport and go directly to jail. I think they will be deporting you once your sentence is over as well. If you are not willing to sit in jail here, don't come here.
P.S. there is no such thing as a temporary permanent resident in the US. I think you are confused.

If you really have that kind of money, why don't you just have your wife come to where you are now to live? If you did have that kind of money available to you, why didn't you pay off your fine in the first place? No attorney is that good of a miracle worker to be able to take your case without you having to spend some time in jail here on your part having already fled the country.
