Jesus is Watching You

It was late at night when a robber had broken into a house. He was a professional and had done it all of his life. Opening his sack wide up, he reaches for the expensive and brand new DVD player that the owners of the house had just bought,

"Jesus is watching you," said a grave voice.

Startled, the robber clicked off the flashlight and froze in fear. There was nothing but silence.

Promising himself a long vacation after hitting up this house, the robber switched on the flashlight and once again reaches for the DVD player,

"Jesus is watching you," the voice rang out again.

This time the robber swung around, using his flash light to figure out where that voice came from. He couldn't figure out where it had come from, until, there, in a small corner sat a parrot staring back at the robber.

"Was that you?" hissed the robber?

The parrot then confessed, "Yes I did, I was just trying to warn you."

The robber, now relieved and sneered, "Ha! Warn me, and just who do you think you are?"

The parrot replied, "Moses."

"Moses? What kind of people would name their parrot Moses?" The robber laughed.

The parrot cocked his head and said, "The same kind of people who would name their Rottweiler 'Jesus'."
