transfer from other more important position

I was transferred to other position with out written agreement signed by me. BEsides themanager and supervisor were changed. The responsibilities are so important than I have before to the company, and the market wages is so below reasonable. CanI bring this to the EEOC. Please advise.

Unless you are employed under some type of formal contract, it doesn't sound like you have much of a case. Your employment is considered "at will", meaning that they can reassign you, cut your pay, terminate you or whatever else without any notice. Likewise, you can quit at any time without notice. Anything above and beyond that is just professional courtesy.
