are there any websites that are exclusive for potential employees to log onto with employers that are not concerned with drug convictions?

You're joking, right?

If there are companies that do not drug test, I doubt that they would advertise it.

I can just imagine the ad: Are you a drug user, if so, we want you to work for us"!!!
