There is a single lady, working in your organization, and she has requested for the day
care centre for her child at the workplace. As an HR manager what will be your
response?
􀂾 If you accept her request, then why and how will you manage it?
􀂾 If NO, then what other different measures you will take? Justify your decision.

The lady should be treated the same if she is single or married. She has a child that is in need of daycare. What do you mean how will you manage it? You would manage it the same way if she was married or single.

Fr_Chuck has disabled reputation
her marriage status as noted has no bearingon the case.
The HR manager has not the authority or ability to act on this request.
They may only take it, and pass it on to the proper management authority and/or board of directors.
