Is it legal for my employer to request a health history, including a list of medications? I am an employee in good standing, but feel a little suspicious.

Your health history and your meds are no ones business but your own. Unless its your decision to reveal this information and its job related.

It can depend on your job, a police officer has to do a complete physcial every year, random drug checks on regular basis, and they have to provide a list of any medication they take before reporting to duty.

So the job may depend.
