Great Auto Response mail for Employee Suggestion mail

Hi,

As part of HR, I take care of the Suggestion Committee which encourages employees to post thier suggestions through mail. The ideas are chosen after a period of 1 month by a pre-designated Committee.

For every suggestion, we have to give a positive, motivating response in our auto-response mail. suggest?

Thanks
Geetha

Part of making a problem in a workplace is in using something like an auto-response that can be so impersonal. If possible, I would try to personalize each response. It may not be that hard to do that with certain programs that might be used for the auto-response. Just a couple of things would need to be inserted - the persons name and the issue that their suggestion(s) concerns. This could also be done manually.

Hi, (name)!

We value the suggestion(s) that you have made. And, we welcome your imput concerning the (issue). Your idea(s) will receive careful consideration.

Gratefully,

(Your name, committee name, etc.)
