out of state employment
Employee lives in Louisana, works for a Texas based company but is currently performing a job for the Texas company is Arizona. To what state do we pay unemployemnt taxes? Do we withhold Louisana or Arizona state tax?

where is employees home "base" of operation, do they work from a home office, or what

His home is in Louisana. He was hired by a company out of Texas to go to Arizona to do computer networking setup. All his assignments and control come from the Texas office.
