Problems with burgular alarm?

Can anyone help me with security system problems? Hello everyone! I installed a PC5010 security system with 2 led 5508z keypads, and 4 motion detectors (zone 1-4). I closed zones 5-8 with 4 jumpers. That's it. Nothing else on the system. Upon power up I have trouble light lit and lights...

Burgular alarm system rings at 1:am and some times 1:30 am for the last several nights the system always flashes zone 3 for windows and the windows check out ok. It will occasionally ring during the daylight hours, any idea what's causing this problem?

Lately, my car alarm has been going off at night (multiple times) for unexplained reasons (believe me...I've tried to catch a person or pet that might be causing it) and it's driving me crazy. Has anyone heard of this type of problem with the Accord SE?
