roof damage

30 days ago we purchases a house, and made our 1st payment this month. Needless to say our rood is pretty much caving in...is there anything we can do? Can we go after the seller? do anything with our insurance?

Was there a home warranty included in your closing ?

This should have been found during your home inspection, what did the home inspector report say about it ?

IF there is no storm or no wind damage, just house falling in, no insurance does not cover that. And if you bought the house as is basicly, and had a chance to do a home inspection ( even if you did not)
Normally unless you can prove they knew about it, but lied to you, there is little you can do.
