If you are in the UK or Europe, call a local appliance dealer and ask if they have a list of service people who handle the Creda. Creda doesn't have direct web site and you have to go through an authorized dealer or repair service, for parts.

I am in the US. The previous owners of my house were from Spain and had included a Creda dryer in the sale. When the belt broke, I could not find anyone here who could get the part I needed and who could fix the machine. I found the only way I could get the belt was to order it from the UK, but then figuring out on my own if that was all I needed and how I was going to replace it was a complete nightmare. Instead of driving myself crazy, I decided to buy a new dryer, one that matched the American made washer.
Not an expense anyone needs, but it was the only practical solution to my problem.
