Can anyone help I have lost the insructions on how to set up my timers and it is a long time since I used them. Grateful for any help.

I had the same problem. Go to Argos and buy another - they still sell sets of 3 on 14 day return - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9822911/Trail/searchtext%3ETIMER.htm.
Photocopy the intructions and return the purchase to get your money back! It worked for me!
