Reading Therm O Disc Thermostat Numbers

I Need to know the specs on a therm o disc component from a Microwave (Whirlpool GH7145XFT-1) This is the thermostat or thermal cut-off located on top of the stirrer motor. it was fried so i only have a section of the numbers: 560904 L125C S0145 . i do believe that the L125C mean the thermostat will open at 125 degrees Celsius. i do know that most of the components run at 250V however it is connected to a standard 120V outlet. This is a over-the-stove type with built in fan and light underneath. can anyone find me a compatible part? also it is round, with silver colored blade connectors with stops. They are not bent on an angle and are perpendicular to the rivets which holds the component on to its surface.
