Panasonic plasma

There is red a blue outlining on objects and people on the tv when I have the cable on or when I use my xbox and when I'm in the menu any ideas?

Sound is ok but TV Screen keeps going off and on.Any help is appreciated. Thanks Alec

I have a new Panasonic 42inch plasma tv and I am not happy with reception. I had new aerial system, top of range with booster for other room use. The signal breaks up on some channels( crack noise on sound / horizontal bands of picture distortion). Loss sometimes entirely of channels like FILM4....
