will a l5-30 locking plug lock in a l14-30 locking receptacle? Trying to get my camper hooked up to generator. Thanks

No. An L5 plug has three pins for use with 120 volt circuits. The L14 receptacle on your generator has four pins and supplies 240 volts. Strange that your camper isn't equipped with a proper plug?
