I have a Denon S301 Home theatre sytem that is connected to an Infocus Screenplay Projector via a HDMI cable and for watching DVDs from the Denon, it works really well. The problem is that I would also like to connect a Samsung NTL cable box to the Denon and I'm not having much joy at all - if I connect a scart between the two (or as the Denon Distributor recommends, using a Scart to 2 phono), I get sound but no picture - I have also tried a scart to 3 phono but no joy at all here either. I was hoping you could connect the cable box to the Denon and not thru to the projector as this would mean "faffing around" with cables above the ceiling etc.
Please help!
