| I don't know that you need to become bonded in order to do this. Maybe someone does know the laws concerning this where you live. But, if you are going to do this as a business, I know that you definitely need insurance.
I would suggest seeing an insurance agent who has many carriers. That way, you are likely to get the best coverage for the lowest price.
Places that might have the most carriers might be some real estate offices that also offer insurance coverage.
