Hi, htpwr5!

I'm sure that how much to charge will depend on the location. Would you mind sharing at least the approximate location where this will be happening?

Thanks!

Also are you doing this out of a back of a pick up or do you have a real professional pressure washer rig. Do you have liablity insurnace and so on.
On the drive ways and side walks are you using a flat surface cleaner ( that does a good job) or just the wand that leaves streaks.

Clough agrees: Good questions, Fr_Chuck!

Good questions, Fr_Chuck! There's definitely more than meets the eye to doing that kind of work!

Thanks!

well this is my last week but I train people to be professional pressure washers.

I always laugh, people go to home depo and buy that 400 dollar unit and think they are in business. I tell them look at the units Home Depo Rents, they don't even rent the units they sell.

Now we do the larger hot water units normally alot less chemcial, use for cleaning parking lots, mold off of homes and more.

I have had my own rig for years,
But as of Monday going back to the medical field.

I didn't know those things about you, Chuck! Thanks for letting me know!

Like me, you've probably done a number of different things for a "career".

It's always best to find out everything about a job before you bid on it and thus embark with doing it.

I've been tuning and repairing pianos for decades. I can oftentimes save people money by listening to their piano over the phone without having to make a service call.

I wish that it could be the same thing concerning pressure washing, though.

Sometimes, people do send me images in emails that I can evaluate so that I'm better prepared once I do make a visit to their home concerning doing any sort of outdoor pressure washing and/or staining.

Thanks!
