Alright Ive been a soldier , and Ive been a surveyor...Im now unemployed in the state of Delaware. A friend suggested a buissness on e-bay selling items. I'm a Halloween freak having a huge party every year ...I build many of my own props , bars animatronics etc and also purchase a huge amount of items ....although im picky cheap and cheesy are two diffrent things cheesy is okay as long as you know your being cheesy ...cheap ..well cheap is never good. I continually amaze folks with my Halloween party and so this is the central idea behind the virtual storefront.
MY ACTUAL question is where do i start ? ... what do i do first ? register a name ...get a license ... do i need a licence ...do i need a tax I.D. number ... just a little confused and need a direction to run first.
