I'd like to know if anyone can advise when to get a reasonably priced (but credible) liability insurance for personal concierge business.

visit any Independent Insurance Agent in your area and they will have all the info.

Since you're specifically asking when then get it before you actually start doing business.

Depending on who you have your home/auto insurance with, they may also write business insurance as well. (Some companies havea wider scope of they types of policies they can offer.) Just have a complete layout of exactly what services you will be providing so they can design a package to best suit your needs.
