Commerical quote

Hello everyone, I am new to the cleaning business and I will be doing business in the Atlanta, GA area. I need help with a quote that I must turn in this week. It is a new facility, 21,000 sq. ft., and they want me to have someone onsite 5 days a week for atleast 8 hours per day. I don't know how much to charge. I'm hoping someone can assist me with this, please. HELP, I'm really lost. This is getting big quick.

How many employees will be cleaning the facility please?
What level of experience they have? how many years
how about you?
how far is the facilty from your work?

I have only one other person working with my business. I have been cleaning residential for 2 years, part time only. I live about an hour from the facility that I need to clean.
