Hello, I would like to know how do you start a calling card company? What kind of money and licenses is required and what are the benefits and disadvantages in this business?

I know how you would see it as a lucrative venture as many people buy them, forget to use them and they are already paid for. However, it would be hard to compete with the bigger calling card companies and I think the licensing would be cost prohibitive.
