Since you are asking about charging per square foot, how large are these places that you are wanting to clean? Are they more than just offices? Is this going to be just you working alone?

What kind of prices you will charge will vary greatly because of where you are located and the kinds of services that you will be providing in the course of your cleaning the areas that you are to clean. Also, whether or not you will be supplying the cleaning tools and supplies will make a difference in the price. Where is the geographical location of where you will be doing the cleaning, please? We might be able to give you a ballpark figure per hour of what you might be able to charge, if we have an idea as to the location.

If it were me, I would figure out what I would want to make per hour and estimate the jobs based upon how many hours I thought it would take to do the jobs and bid accordingly. I would also figure into the bid if I was to be supplying anything myself or not.
