If you are Electrical Contractor, it consist of years in the Field documented, Testing for Journeyman, then Master, Pass the Business and Law, then a Certificate of Competency, Worker Comp, or Exempt.
I forget the rest.
What business do you want to start?

I agree. Excellent points above! The business that you want to be in might require a number of years of training and other requirements first, in order to be eligible for a license. Then again, the type of business that you want to be in might require no training and perhaps not even a license, depending on what type of business it is and where it is located.
