how do I estimate?

I am trying to start a small powerwashing business,can someone tell me what the going rates are for deck washing and sealing. I am in the central jersey area
do you charge by the sq. ft and how much?

just remember that wood decking is not cleaned with high pressure, it will damage the wood. The correct chemical, with some manual cleaning and a lower pressure is the best way to do wooden decks.

i would suggest working out a deal cleaning some for friends, est your time and doyour costing. also a hot pressure washer is must better than the cold units, esp if there is mold and other issures

I would recommend calling another company similiar to yours and ask for a quote if possible.

In and around Atlanta, 10 cents a squre foot plus materials would be a ball park estimate for most pressure washing. If you are going back and re-seal, that would be additional labor
