I ve read so many profiles and discovered that most people dont include sex as their hobby even when it is thier hobby. Is it that they are ashamed to say it?

No, they are not ashamed to admit it. Basically it is not in good taste to say such things in public or put down "sex" as a hobby. It is not a hobby, it is a function of the human body that some people do and some people don't do.
Imagine you were interviewing for a job. All the interviews I've been to have included the question "What are your hobbies?"
Which scenario would occur in the REAL WORLD?

Interviewer: Hello, Torrid. Thank you for coming in here and being interested in this job! Do you mind if I ask you some questions?
Me: No, not at all!
I: What are your hobbies?
M: Oh, that's easy! SEX is my ONLY hobby! It's just so thrilling, and sometimes even relaxing! I just have to stretch so I don't pull anything! You know how that is!
I: LOL it's my hobby, too! Oh wow, you sound like you're really on top of things! No pun intended! We'd love to have an employee like you! You're HIRED!
M: WOO!

I:*thinks "Jeez, does this person have any self control or manners at ALL?!* Ah...I see. I'm sorry, but looking at the job description, I just don't think we have a position...er...I mean job...for someone with your qualifications at this time.
I think the only job where listing sex as a hobby would help is a porn star. Put on some gold chains, aviator glasses and a bushy mustache and the job will be yours.
