What's next I have nine other fish I don't want to die. HELP!! I'm new at this fish stuff, so please answer question with that in mind. THANKS!!!

I need to know a few things before I can help more accurately.

How long has the tank been set up? Is it really new too?

Do you have the means to test for pH and such?

How often do you clean/change the filter or do a 25% water change?

Can you describe the cloudiness? Color? Consistency?
