1998 Honda Accord will crank but wont start... plz help!

I have a 1998 Honda Accord with a new transmission and rebuilt motor, Car will crank over but wont start. This car was sitting for about a year before this stuff was replaced. Its so close to starting, I know its something easy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |
