Most Inuit people live in Canada and Alaska. About one percent of Inuit live on the Asian coastline of Russia in Siberia. How do you explain this data?

In what ways did the colony of New Netherland have a historical-geographical relation to its neighboring middle colonies to the on Massachusetts Bay had to other New England colonies, and in what way's were the relations different?
