What do think I'll learn by interviewing a teacher about their school?

Here are the questions I asked the teacher:

Kearsney is the name of the school

Where and when were you born?
How would you describe your childhood?
What was your ambition growing up?
What did you study in university and what degree did you get and how has your education prepared you for your career?
When did you start teaching at Kearsney and how did you find your first year?
Who is your role model or inspiration and why?
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
What accomplishment are you most proud of in your life?
When it came to a career, how and why did you decide on what you wanted to do?
Being Head of English of English at Kearsney, what is your favorite book and author?
Is there anything you always wanted to do but never did?
If you weren’t an English teacher what would you become?

How has Kearsney influenced your life?
How would you describe your relationship with your co-workers at Kearsney?
How do you find the academic results and facilities at Kearsney and what do you think can be improved?
What is your most memorial experience at Kearsney?
Is there any particular Kearsney myth you enjoy?
What changes have stood out to you since you have been at Kearsney?
Being a religious person, do you think Kearsney takes religious study seriously enough to motivate the boys to believe in god and what do you think could be improved in this respect?
How have you found the Kearsney boys discipline and respect towards each other and staff?
Would you recommend to a friend that their son come to Kearsney and why?
What motivates you to teach and go the extra mile at Kearsney?
What is your most important accomplishment to date at Kearsney?
What changes would you make at Kearsney?
Describe one of the biggest mistakes you made at Kearsney and what did you learn from this mistake?

you will learn that no two teachers have the same story. Each comes normally from different backgrounds and went into teaching for varous reaons. You will learn that some love thier jobs and some hate it but it is just a job.

You will also find that they will normally lie and tell you what sounds good instead of what they really feel since it is being done in a school report
