Look , If you don't get your high school diploma, you really need to look into a g.e.d. I dropped out of high school, and it is really the biggest regret I have. I have managed to make it in life, but not GREAT!!! I know I could have been so much more. A lot of communities now offer an alternative school. This would probably be worth looking into. Here in the small town where I live they have what they call XIT alternative High school. There students who struggle in the social environment that it sounds as though makes you uncomfortable, can work at their own pace from "workbooks " on the computer. they just sit at a computer, and work at their leasure. They don't get called on to read out loud, never have to get up at the chalkboard to write out math problems, and aren't called upon unwittingly to answer silly questions. Most of them are behind when they enroll, but end up graduating with a real High School Diploma, before al of their peers. Right click and print this screen, and take it to your high school guidance counselor...then you won't even have to speak to him/her, and he will probably point you in the right direction.
