My 2010 Ultra Classic 103 having heat issues what is the solution ? The cats tuning can I get a straight answer please ?

Its a harley, get a new bike. Its a label, like buying designer clothing which isn't any better than normal clothing. I dont own a bike but anyone outside of the US especially where I live will see a Harley and think ...why?
