First you have to decide if you are solving for x or are you solving for y?

2x+3y=6( equ. no. 1)
x+2y=5(muliply this equationbyx2)
it will be(2x+4y)=10(equ.no.2)
the subtact equ. no. 1 with no. 2 as this
2x+3y=6
-
2x+4y=10
it will be -1y=-4 then y =4 then subsitute with any equ. of the above and get the x by knowing y=4 it will be x=-6 apply this on the other equations
