Hi there,

1. He might like you a lot, some guys show their love by teasing girls.

2. He might be a jerk, then you NEED to stand up for yourself. AS A WOMAN, YOU MUST!!!

Let me know how things go.

Get to within a few feet of him (not during an academic class, mind you!), in front of as few people as possible (preferably alone just with him), lean slightly towards him, look him straight in the eye and say in a low but firm voice "Leave me alone and stay out of my face or you will be sorry!" That may get him to back off. If it doesn't, then you report him to an administrator and also go home and tell your parents and have them call the principal. Don't worry, it's not ratting, it's standing up for yourself, just as nicespringgirl said. If taking reasonable steps on your own doesn't resolve the problem, and what I've suggested is a reasonable step that you can take on your own, then you need and deserve outside help and have a right to it (i.e. your parents and the school administration and, if necessary, the authorities.)

I agree, if he is nice to everyone else and bullies you, then it may be that he likes you (sometimes people go to extremes to act like they don't like someone to cover up the fact that they do). Don't pay him any mind. The more you act like it doesn't bother you, the more he realizes how badly he's failed. It's a little different for me because I work with all guys, but the guys at work do it to me all the time. What I've learned to do is get back at them. When they say something to try and embarrass me I often agree. For instance...there's one guy at work that few people can stand. One day me and him both wore the same colored shirt. One of the guys made the comment that we had planned to wear the same color. Instead of getting mad, I simply told them that this morning when I woke up, I rolled over and begged him to wear that shirt. Now I've implied that not only did we plan it, but I slept over at his house. When you do that, you leave the person tongue-tied. Have you ever seen 8 MILE? I know it sounds like a silly question. If you have, if you'll remember the rap battle where eminem won was when he said everything bad that the other guy could possibly have said about him. The other rapper had nothing left to say. Beat him at his own game, and have fun with it!
