My Nephew Has Been Out Of School For A While And His Now Returning To High School And Needs Assistance With 9th Grade Algebra. How Do I Obtain The Knowledge Or Tools To Help Him?

You need to find out what he has to know. Get a copy of his textbook. You can probably purchase one of the Shaums Outline series of books. Hire a tutor. Ask here when you get stumped.

They have algebra software you can use, to tuter him, you can even create quizs with this softeware, I used Batrix college algebra software when I tutored my daughter, it covers all grade levels for algeba. you can buy it on line...
