Heat won't cut out on my thermostat

I need any type of information about a Noma 5+1+1 programable thermostat. We have it programmed and set for temperatures and times but it doesnt work. Its always cold. But theres a switch that says "cool/off/heat" When i set it to heat the furnance wont cut out and the heat wont stop. When i turn to off there is no heat coming out. There is another button for man/auto and ia m not sure if htey work together or not. But if i have to keep turning the heat on and opff it defeats the purpose of a prgrammable thermostat! Can anyone help me with this? please

If Iam understsnding you correctly you say there is no heat when you turn it on but it just stays cold in your house then when you turn it off it will not the fan will not turn off. yes the auto and fan run with the heat If you have it on on the fan will never shut off until you put it to auto. You should choose the auto selection so it will cycle on and off with your thermastat. need more info on what kind of unit you have to try and help you with no heat coming out.

Does it have a ''Run PGN button? Try it. If that doesn't work, you will need to read the instruction manual. If you don't have one, see if you can find one on their web site.
