white rodgers fan center relays do they buzz and get warm?

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have an White Rodgers 50A50-230 control board. The issue I have is that the fan is not turning off even if the thermostat is set to off. Is there anything I could try or is changing the control board the only option? Thanks, KB

Where can I find a diagram for the wiring for the fan control center. I need the whole thing not just the thermostat wiring. White rodges is no help.

We have a very old white roger thermostat for our gas furnace and are replacing it with a honeywell rth2310. Our current thermostat only has two wire one balck and the other white. Where do I make the connections.
