Water leaking at the top of the furnace

Just this past fall I had a new furnace installed. I recently just started using the AC and after a couple of days noticed that there is water leaking at the top of the furnace. I have never had any problems with leaking before the new furnace was installed. I have verified that the drain line (from the drip pan) to the condensate pump is NOT clogged and the pump is working. There is some rust on the drain pan but does not look like it is rusted through. I saw another post that speaks about the drain pan being level.
I am being told that I should replace the coil/drain section and probably my ac unit also because of the make and age.

Just wanted some thoughts as to whether the new furnace install is most likely the reason for the leaking and if I should replace my ac unit.

Probably the drain pan is rusted. A qualified installer can patch or change the drain pan. If you got the $$ go with a new unit. You will save big $$$ on your energy bill.

Just verified, opened the side panel and stuck my head in and with a bright light I can see some rusted through holes in the drain pan.
You are right, because the coil/drain section isn't going to be available after this year, I guess because of the age, I would have to replace both the ac unit and the coil/drain section(again) if anything happened to the ac unit. So in the long run better to replace both now and be done with it. Also refrigerant is low.
