troubleshooting for goodman central units

2 Answers outside unit is working properly...however there is no cool air (no air) blowing out the vents inside the house |

| no air at registers means no airflow through the house, meaning at the air handler: 1. blower motor bad 2. blower motor run capacitor bad 3. coil dirty/ restricted due to obstruction or just face of coil dirty. 4. blower motor,etc not getting power from line voltage, thermostat green wire something along those lines 1 and 2 most common IMO. 3 next and 4 least likely. all of this based on no airflow at register (or maybe just a breath) also if you have #1,2 or 3 then usually the large copper line will have frost or be frozen up almost back to the compressor, if this is the case - stop running the unit asap - bad and expensive things start to happen some visuals blower motor and run capacitor change-out in an air handler - thermal-medics FREE online air conditioning repair and info site from Phoenix AZ plus many more if you you tube search to learn more | ||||

| When you say the outside is working properly-- Condenser fan and compressor is working on the A/C? If the outside unit is running but you have no air blowing out the ducts, your going to have to check to see if the blower is RUNNING AT ALL on the air handler or if the evaporator coil is froze over not letting air pass through. Low air flow or low on refrigerant will cause a coil to freeze up not letting air flow pass through | ||||

i put in the furnace and a/c myself . when i turn on the thermostat it gurgles at the furnace for a while takes like five to fifteen min to light up and blow is this the norm thanks gary!
Goodman 95% 2 stage furnace. LED code says pressure switch is stuck open. 1) Changed switch. 2) Jumped Limit switch. 3) Changed PCB. Same error code. 3 blinks "code says pressure switch is stuck open" Can You Guide me further
How good are the Goodman brand of AC units?
I live in a 1200 sq ft home in central Arizona. Temps are aprox 10 degree less (both summer and winter) than metro Phoenix, humidity low except July and August. House has ducts with central gas furnace and evap cooler, never had AC. Wanted to get AC for those 2 (July. August) humid months....
