A/C unit won't come on, compressor OR blower
Hi, I am new to this site, so I am not sure how this works. I woke up early this morning because I was hot, only to find out that my upstairs HVAC unit was not blowing air. I went into the attic, and the compressor is not working, so I went outside, and the blower isn't working either. I was working fine when I went to bed. What could the problem be?

Check the circuit breaker for the attic unit the check the circuit breaker or fuses for the outside unit. This is the first step.

Also check to see if there's water in the pan under your air handler. Some contractors wire up the float switch to turn off everything if the pan fills up with water.
