    Model 36C03 gas valve connections
I need to install a White-Rodgers Universal Standing Gas Valve model 36C03 on a Colemand mobile home furnace model 7670A. The old control which was made by General Controls is absolete and had three small gas lines labeled vent, pilot, and one on top that was not labeled. I can figure out the vent connection because that is labeled. The other two, I am not sure. There is a "pilot" connection on the same side as the vent connection and another unlabeled connection on the gas in flow side. Can anyone tell me where those three lines from the old valve go on the new valve?

Additionally, the old valve had two wiring connections on top. Black wire to Thermo and white wire to 24v. The new valve has three electrical connections, TH, TH-TR and TR. Can anyone describe which wire goes to which terminal?

The One labeled Press Tap, is a service port to measure the gas pressure.

Wiring diagram etc. on page 3.

Use "TH" and "TR". "TH/TR" is provided as a junction, if necessary.

This is the correct replacement valve for you old unit.

    Gas valve used on many Coleman furnaces with a standing pilot light. Natural gas or propane. 1/2" gas inlet on right, 3/8" outlet on back. A new 2631-3481 thermocouple recommended (sold separately). Replaces 7656-356, 7656-3561, 7656A346, 7656A3461, 7956-336, 7956-3361, 7656-326, 7656-3261, 7656A326, 7656A3261, 7656-346, 7656-3461, 7660-326, 7660-3261, 7680-346, 7680-3461, 7631A326, and 7631A3261.
