    Home for Sale by OWNER
I had my house in the market through a broker - has not sold in 6 months, even after price reductions.
I want to try it on my own:
Where can I advertise on the internet if I do not have a broker? I know I can do it at Craigs List, any other sites?
    Thank you for your help.

ForSaleByOwner.com We spent $ 10k on ads for a year. Turns out the buyer had been watching the price for that long on that site, and bought as soon as it got close to his price.
Are you clear to sell on your own per your realtor contract.
The house we purchased was similar to your situation. Realtor, then FSBO. He had to wait 90 days to sell his house. He had to wait 180 days to sell to us because we had looked at the house while the realtor represented him! It was all specified in his realtor contract and probably varies with diff realtors.
